Bearing the courage to maintain a strong spirit and humility regardless of the result, hardworking Taekwondo athletes from St. Michael’s College Basic Education Department demonstrated exceptional sparring skills by winning three gold medals and five silver medals at the 2023 Region 10B Regional CPJ Taekwondo Championships on September 9, 2023.
