Since 2004, the OBSAC has served as a venue for the BSP to acknowledge exceptional partners that have supported its mandates of maintaining price stability, financial stability, and a safe and efficient payments and settlements system.

Land Bank of the Philippines – Southern Mindanao Branches Group for setting the standard for excellence in banking in the Davao Region by leading the successful implementation of the Currency Service Alliance1 with the BSP, significantly increasing its contributions, and playing a key role in financial inclusion initiatives across Mindanao.
Surigao del Sur Public Library and Research Center for serving as a conduit for the BSP’s advocacy and financial literacy programs in the Caraga Region, impacting local communities through numerous educational sessions and financial empowerment initiatives.
