On the 7th of December, the St. Michaelโs College BED gymnasium buzzed with excitement and celebration as it hosted the 109th anniversary of Sandayong sa Gugma, a cherished tradition that has become synonymous with the schoolโs rich history and community spirit. This annual event brings together students, alumni, educators, beneficiaries, and sponsors to celebrate love, unity, and the sustaining the legacy of St. Michaelโs College.
As participants arrived, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation and joy. The gymnasium was adorned with vibrant decorations that reflects the spirit of the occasion. Various activities will be done throughout the day, not only highlighting the abilities within the community but also serve to strengthen the bonds among attendees, fostering a sense of belonging and pride in their shared heritage.
This yearโs celebration is particularly noteworthy, as it marks a century and nine years of Sandayong sa Gugma. This event emphasises the importance of community engagement, lifelong learning, and the values that St. Michaelโs College strives to instill in its students.
