Visit the Guidance Center to update your enrollment status.

Take an Admission Exam for board courses.

For shiftee, fill out the shiftee form to change and update the program(course).

Pay at the Finance Office: Php200 (Undergrad) | Php250 (Graduate).

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Log in to you my.SMC portal (Forgot your password? Visit the ICTC.)

Fill out the online Application Form completely and upload the required documents.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒: 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠

Wait 2–3 working days for your Dean to approve your subject load (done online).

You’ll receive a text message once your subjects are approved and loaded.

Print your Assessment Form and submit any lacking enrollment requirements.

Pay your tuition or down payment at the Finance Office.
