Today, is a celebration of success for our unsung heroes—our dear administrators, faculty, office staff, and maintenance—for all the support. We salute your dedication, wisdom, enthusiasm, and hard work. You are an inspiring person. You are like candles who burn themselves to light up our whole world. You serve as our torch as a source of light that emits the knowledge and wisdom and shows the correct path amid the darkness. You play the role of a backbone of the SMC institution.

Words cannot adequately explain how grateful we are to you, dear teachers and personnel. Thank you so much for caring about us beyond what your job requires. It is easy to take you for granted, but it is difficult to forget your inspirational words. Instead of leading us by holding our hands, you asked us to walk ahead while you carefully overseer from behind.

You continue to impress us more and more with your knowledge and creativity. Some people brighten up the room with their presence—you are one of them and manage to do so even from a distance. Thank you for your guidance and compassion as we continue this journey. You aren’t just helping us learn; you make us better people. You have always gone above and beyond the expectations of “great” teachers. You are truly a treasure at St. Michael’s College!

At last, I would like to say that Personnel Day is not only about celebrating our prestigious teachers but also about inculcating their values and carrying their teaching forward to the coming generations. We look upon you and follow your footprints.
