We, the members of St. Michael’s College of Iligan, Inc., are committed to excellence and social transformation through Ignacian-Marian education. Rooted in the Gospel values and inspired by the compassionate love of Jesus Christ, we pursue quality and relevance in all academic and formation programs.
Our Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) provides a framework for establishing, implementing, and reviewing institutional objectives; adheres to all applicable statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements; and commits to the continual improvement of our systems, services, and outcomes. It supports the school’s mission, vision, and core values while integrating relevant educational, scientific, and technological developments in institutional practices.
The EOMS upholds our social responsibility and promotes education for the common good; commits to the effective management of intellectual property to ensure its proper use, protection, and ethical application; and ensures inclusive and learner-centered education that considers the needs and expectations of learners and other beneficiaries.
