The Office of the Registrar of St. Michael’s College of Iligan, Inc. serves as the custodian of academic records and the guardian of student data integrity, ensuring that all academic transactions reflect transparency, accuracy, and confidentiality. Guided by the institution’s mission to provide quality, faith-based education, the office operates with a deep sense of moral responsibility, professionalism, and service to the academic community. 

Animated by the love of Mother Mary and Jesus Christ, the Office upholds values of compassion, respect, and integrity in all its undertakings. It strives to foster a welcoming environment that promotes inclusivity, equal opportunity, and respect for diversity among students, faculty, and staff.

Procedure for Request Documents

Among the documents and certifications that students may request from the Registrar’s Office are the following. 

      • Transcript of Records
      • Transfer Credentials
      • Diploma / Authenticated Copy of Diploma and TOR
      • Course Description
      • Related Learning Experience
      • Forms Abroad
      • Certification

Please be reminded of the following guidelines:

Release to Representatives:

Academic records will not be issued to a representative without the student’s written authorization, along with valid identification from both the student and the authorized claimant.

Incomplete Requirements:

Requests will not be processed if the student has outstanding or incomplete academic documents (e.g., Form 138, Form 137-A, Transfer Credentials, Official Transcript of Records, etc.).

Clearance Requirements:

          • SMCII graduates and former students must secure clearance from the following offices before requesting documents.
          • Currently enrolled students are required to secure clearance only from the Finance Office.

Transfer Credential Policy:

Transfer Credentials are issued only once.

Enrolment is the act of enrolling or admission of students with the following requirements needed:

Freshman Applicants

      • Entrance Test Result
      • Senior High School Report Card
      • Certificate of Live Birth (Original)

New/Transferees

      • Entrance Test Result
      • Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal
      • Evaluation Copy of Transcript of Records
      • Certificate of Live Birth (Original)
      • Certificate of Marriage- for Married Students (Original)

Graduate Students

      • Entrance Test Result
      • Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal
      • Evaluation Copy of Transcript of Records
      • Certificate of Live Birth (Original)
      • Certificate of Marriage – for Married Students (Original)

Foreign Students

      • Entrance Test Result
      • Transfer Credentials / High School Report Card
