Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management ( MAED-EM)
The Master of Arts in Education (MAED) program deepens educators’ understanding of educational theories, instructional practices, leadership, and research to enhance their professional competence. It emphasizes scholarly inquiry and transformative education anchored on Ignacian-Marian values of excellence, service, and social responsibility.
The program aligns with CHED Memorandum Order No. 15, series of 2019, and supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) — through inclusive, ethical, and research-driven education.

Graduates of the MAEd–Educational Management program are equipped to assume leadership and specialist roles such as school principal or administrator, department head or supervisor, education program specialist, academic coordinator, policy analyst or researcher, and educational consultant, confidently applying advanced knowledge, research competencies, digital leadership skills, and Ignacian–Marian values to drive institutional excellence, policy reform, community partnership, and sustainable educational transformation.
