HM Promotes Well-Being Through Community Feeding

On November 6, 2020, the College of Hospitality Management (CHM), through MICSR, visited the Women and Children Center to extend support and care to the children housed in the facility. CHM faculty members Ms. Roge Dato and Ms. Honey Permites chaperoned the activity, where the team sponsored delectable and nutritious snacks lovingly prepared to bring comfort and joy to the children. This initiative strongly aligns with SDG 2: Zero Hunger and SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, ensuring that the young beneficiaries receive adequate nourishment. In addition, the activity contributes to SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities by providing support to children in vulnerable circumstances and promotes SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals as St. Michaelโ€™s College continues to collaborate with community institutions for meaningful and sustainable outreach. Through #CHMasarapMagLUTO, the CHM team demonstrated the spirit of hospitality, compassion, and social responsibility in service to the community.
