On September 8, 2017, in celebration of the birthday of Mama Mary, the St. Michael’s College community—together with SMC personnel and student leaders from the Basic Education Department—conducted a meaningful community visit at Camp Pintoy in Suarez, Iligan City. The activity, held in honor of the Blessed Mother, focused on extending gratitude and support to the men in uniform assigned in the city. Medicines, groceries, and other essential items were distributed to promote their well-being and to recognize their dedication to maintaining peace and security. The visit reflected the Marian spirit of compassion, service, and solidarity, as the Michaelite community shared blessings and fostered fellowship with those who faithfully serve and protect the community.
