Conducted in various day care centers in Barangay Santiago, Iligan City during AY 2016–2017, the SIBOL Literacy Program focused on strengthening early reading and numeracy skills. Facilitated by Early Childhood and SPED students, the program utilized developmentally appropriate strategies to nurture foundational learning. The initiative reinforced the belief that early intervention is crucial in shaping lifelong learning outcomes and inclusive educational growth.
